I grew up seeing firsthand how financial decisions could shape a family-and I discovered the hard way that working harder or simply making more money doesn't create financial security.

I started working in my dad's tax office at age 16. And like many women, I experienced financial setbacks as an adult, including navigating a cross-country move, a divorce, and rebuilding my life as a single mother while in school. But then something shifted. I stopped asking, “How do I recover?” and started asking a much more important question:

“How do I make sure I'm never financially powerless again?”

Finding that answer became a turning point. I set out to understand money at a much deeper level-and learn what it really takes to build lasting financial confidence and security.

I put those principles into practice, building EBS Boss Ladies from the ground up and later acquiring my dad's small tax practice. Today, we continue to grow with three physical locations in Idaho, Oregon, and Connecticut, a full team of financial professionals, and clients throughout the U.S. I'm also a published author of multiple books for adults and teens.

And after years of learning, applying, and seeing what works, I developed my own framework that brings it all together into a clear path to help women build wealth with greater confidence and control.

But what I've built isn't the point. What I can help you build is.

Today, my mission is to help women build lives where money is no longer a source of fear or uncertainty. Because when a woman understands her money and has the confidence to take control of it, she changes more than her own future-she changes the future of her family and the generations that follow.
